Hello all.

Oakland Rising and Causa Justa :: Just Cause have just opened our job application process for Paid Canvassers/Daily Team Members for our upcoming August Ranked Choice Voting education campaign (and beyond into the November election campaign)

We are looking to hire individuals who bring a dedication to improving Oakland, superb people skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to be a team player.  Oakland Rising and Causa Justa :: Just Cause will be contacting several thousand voters in a 3 week time period through phone-banking and door-knocking.  We'll be talking with voters about the new Ranked Choice Voting system that all Oaklanders will be using in November.  It would be great to have applicants who are familiar with the issues and communities in Oakland, and bring experience working and/or living in the flatlands.  People who thrive in a fast-paced, intense, and team-oriented environment are especially encouraged to apply.  

This position will run from August 9th - Sept 2nd, with the possibility of extended employment in the upcoming November election campaign.
