MSHC Partners is seeking an Account Assistant to join our Berkeley, CA
based Client Services team for the 2010 election cycle. Ideal
candidates have campaign experience as well as a strong interest in
progressive politics.

Duties include:
- Assisting Vice President in coordinating advertising campaigns for
agency clients
- Submission of copy edits
- Invoicing and maintaining client matrix
- Basic writing assignments such as drafting memos, marketing letters
and research documents
- General administrative assistant responsibilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one year
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant political campaign experience
- Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Be detail oriented
- Be flexible, adaptable to frequent changes in workload and willing
to work long hours
- Candidates should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
with a particular focus and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook

This is a full-time, temporary position through Election Day 2010
based out of our Berkeley, CA office with a competitive salary and
