Hey Everyone!
Just a reminder that OpenMedia.ca is hosting a Digital Action Meeting 7pm TONIGHT at 111 W Hastings (2nd Floor, Woodwards Building).
Picking up on the success of our recent National Day of Action, and the ongoing Stop The Meter petition drive, we're inviting like-minded people who believe in the power and importance of the open Internet for a brainstorming and networking meeting!
Want to get involved with one of the most successful online petition campaigns in Canadian history? Want to help shape Canada's digital economy through creative social action? Looking to connect and share ideas with others in the Greater Vancouver community? Join us from 7-9pm tonight!

Here is how to remove yourself from this Vancouver action team group. If you have any problems, please let us know!
There are two versions of Google Groups that are currently accessible online. If you want to unsubscribe from the mailing list of the group, just follow either of those two steps, depending on which version of Google groups you are using:
1. For the older version of Google groups: In the right side of the page there is a 'Edit my membership' link. It will lead to your personal profile setting, where you can either select the frequency of updates (once a day/every message/none) or you can unsubscribe from the group.
2. In a newer version of Google groups (one that looks somewhat similar to Gmail): When browsing through the discussions there is a 'Email updates to me'/'Cancel my email updates' link just below the main headline. By clicking on the link you choose whether you wish to receive updates from the page or not. If this doesn't solve your problem, you can switch back to the older version of the Google Groups (in the Home page) and follow instructions in 1.
