Copies Concordia has a good deal on copies, and there are a few dollar
stores nearby that would probably have good clipboard rates.

I was hoping someone would have a good deal through a contact or something.
 
I too was thinking dollar store.
 
If you or anyone else is interested in helping out. There are a couple of
things that need to be done still:
 
1) We wanted to compile a list of the contact info of indie ISPs in Montreal
and then contact them to send a rep to come to the event.
 
2) Prepare maps of routes to distribute to the various teams.
 
3) On the day of we will need help organizing people into teams. Are you
interested in getting there a bit earlier to help with logistics?
