Hi, all,
I'm writing to you on behalf of an ad hoc group of archivists working on strategies to provide access to born-digital material.
We're currently preparing to host our first born-digital access bootcamp at the New England Archivists conference in March.
As we've planned for the bootcamp, user experience and assessment has been at the forefront of our minds. In thinking about UX, we came across the DLF User Experience Working Group.
While we understand that the DLF work is primarily focused on digital libraries, we wonder if any of you have discussed UX in accessing born-digital material.
Do you (or any of your colleagues) have thoughts about UX for born-digital access? We'd be grateful for anything you'd be willing to share.
With thanks,
Alison Clemens
