Questions for you

At the outset of our working group at DLF last year, we had hoped to lay the groundwork toward developing best practices and guidelines for digital library assessment. I still would like to see that happen.  Would you?

If so, we need to know where to start.  We didn't have enough time to fully discuss all the issues in that session, and thus we started this group.  Once we ascertain the most pressing points of pain, we will know where to focus our efforts first.

So, I would like to pose to you the same questions we began with last fall:

1. If you have attempted digital library assessment, what methods/approaches did you use?
   
2. What issues did you encounter, and where did you experience the most difficulty?
   

Please share your experiences, as they will help us to move forward.
