The minister Julian Robinson asked that question this afternoon on twitter, I have some thoughts on this topic but what do you guys think. What's the best? How do you think we should be thinking about this problem?

Not sure of what Issue he is speaking of , is it in regards to the payment system .. Because I wouldn't see much of a issue once u have a credit card ...

The issue is the funds coming into Jamaica, for example, if you sold $30,000 US worth of products, that's gonna stay in PayPal until you wire it down or withdraw it over time from a US bank account.
