Hi y'all,
I'd say CurateCAMP SE was a great success and well organized by our hosts at Georgia Tech. I was thankful for the discussions and to spend two days together. My favorite breakout sessions were finding aids, micro-services and a general fedora session.
Some highlights that I remember:
- work flow automation implemented in the file system via inotify
- finding aids that open repository items in a javascript overlay, like an e-commerce "quick view"
- imagining historical research within linked data
- who served in the same civil war regiment?
- how do their diary pages correspond to regiment movement?
What discussions did y'all find useful?
