Kia ora koutou / Dear all:
We are pleased to announce the Ad Hoc Call for Contributions for iPRES 2025, the 21st International Conference on Digital Preservation, is now open!
Lightning talks, digital preservation games, Birds of a Feather (BoF) discussion sessions – once again iPRES offers exciting submission categories beyond the traditional paper, panel, poster, workshop, and tutorial submissions. They offer a flexible and informal way to share your ideas, projects, and insights with the iPRES community without the need to submit a full paper.
There are several categories in the Ad Hoc Programme:
Ad Hoc sessions are lightly reviewed by the Programme Committee Chairs. Submission is via a simple form, rather than the submission portal, and ad hoc abstracts are not published in the proceedings.
Submit your Ad Hoc contribution here:
https://forms.gle/MzbEbo4k9Gbbrbdq7
The deadline for submitting Ad Hoc session proposals is 18 July 2025, End of Day, Anywhere on Earth. Contributors will receive final notification of acceptance by 25 July 2025.
If you have any questions regarding the Ad Hoc programme, please contact in...@ipres2025.nz. There will be a separate call for participation in the Digital Preservation Bake Off (Tools Demonstration).
