The Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) is hosting our November #DPClinic on the topic Mastering DROID, the open-source tool created by The National Archives (UK) and used by archivists across the world to help characterize and assess their digital records
and plan for their long-term accessibility. You are invited to join us on Wednesday 26 November, 9-10am UTC.
In this session Steve Daly, who is responsible for digital preservation at the National Archives and the Product Owner for DROID, will give a thorough introduction to the application and other related free open-source tools. Starting at an introductory level,
the session will guide you from first click to more advanced features of the application. There will also be time for questions and discussion.
#DPClinic is open to everyone in the digital preservation community, DPC Members and non-members alike.
