Hi Mike,

When I uploaded images to the course blog, the window stayed at
"Loading
Your images are being published to your FTP server." for more than 30
minutes, but at the bottom of the window it says DONE. So i closed the
window and uploaded the other image. However, after publishing the
post, it was nothing there...Therefore I have to edit my post again.

I am wondering if I should wait for the UPLOADING when it's actually
done.I do not think it should take that long, as they are not very big
files only 617k and 817k.

So could you tell me what the problem is? And what should I do next
time?

You can upload images the way I do. This can be found on the course
blog under Labels: Delta, blogging, tips

Gidday all

I understand that there is a blog entry on the topic of using flickr
for image uploading... This at least for those who don't mind paying
addresses the issue of speed of upload...

(See http://bbsc303.arch.school.nz/blog/2007/05/easier-way-to-blog-images.html#links
for guide as to how)

I am trying through the ITS to ascertain why these uploads take so
long (and by the by why powerpoint don't load!)
