I cannot be expected to search every blog entry in detail to find a
question aimed at me. I found this one accidentally.

Layout behaviours that differ between browsers are annoying and can be
from one of two basic causes:
a) you don't understand the coding process and thus your web site is
running poorly and may on another computer (the one I mark on?) behave
even worse - in which case it clearly matters
b) there are differences in the way IE and Firefox handle the basic
html - in which case it is not your problem and will be unlikely to
affect your grade...
