If you continue to have issues with your name not showing in the course certificate, it may be an issue with the particular browser and/or operating system you're using. A handful of users have reported issues with retrieving the certificate on Windows XP and Internet Explorer or Firefox.
I would recommend trying to retrieve the certificate using Google Chrome if you aren't able to resolve the issue in the browser you're currently using.
The certificate will remain available in your account for a few extra days beyond the course deadline, so you should be able to retrieve it still.
