Progress Not Saved?

I had complete through Unit 3 but when I logged in today it is starting me back at the beginning of the course. I had submitted the test questions and scored 98%. I don't know what to do at this point, I won't have time to keep starting at the beginning of the course and don't have time to do it all the way through in one sitting. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It's very frustrating.

I'm having the same problem. I've completed the first 3 courses 2 times! I'm using the same profile. What are we doing wrong?

Hi,

Are you sure you are logged into the course with the same email address that you used when you registered? Sometimes, people have multiple Google accounts, and your progress can only be associated with one account. If you are logged in a different Google account, you might not see your previous progress saved.

I have the same concern. I had taken the first three units but I'm not sure if my progress was saved over a couple days ago. There is no way to identify whether progress has been saved over time. Please advice. I'm using the same email address I used to sign up and take the course.

Hi there,

The blue progress indicators next to each lesson title in the left-hand navigation panel will show you whether you've completed a lesson or not. Currently, the answers you submit to the activities are not permanently saved if you leave the lesson page, but the progress indicator will serve as a reminder of which ones you've finished.

• An empty circle means you have not started the lesson
• A half-filled circle means you have visited the lesson, but haven't completed the lesson activity
• A full circle means you visited the lesson and completed the lesson activity

See below for an example of what this looks like.

Hi,

I am sure to have completed activity 4.1 several time, watching the video, setting up the test account and answering all questions.
I have double checked the login account since I have both a personal and working google account.

But still the progress indicator is stuck to half circle.

Could you please suggest a solution?
