I've recently been hired on as a digital marketer at a company who just launched a new website last month. I am trying to track my AdWords ads through to conversion, but am facing several obstacles. The site has been divided into three different Analytics Properties:
(1) the general website
(2) the web app
(3) the Chrome app - and yeah, Chrome app in the Chrome App Store desktop/laptop, not Google Play/Android App
All of my ads click through to landing pages on (1) Booktrack.com, but the actual conversions take place on the web (2) and chrome apps (3).
Is there:
A) Any way to track the conversions through to the other two profiles with the current set-up? The only time I've had conversion tracking go through to Google AdWords is when I've linked the ads directly to the Web App, but this isn't a solution for several reasons (a big one being that even the Web App is HTML5 only works on Chrome currently, so everyone who clicks on the ad from an unsupported browser has a horrible user experience + many more reasons).
B1) Re-organize things so that the Web App, Chrome App and website are all views under the same Profile?
B2) OR is this potentially possible for the website + web app but not the Chrome App?
