I logged out before completing my test thinking that I could pick up where I left off only to find out my test was not saved.
Is there a way to retrieve the test that I partially completed?
Is it possible to save a test and resume it later?

Thank you!  I got through 3 units and someone shut down my computer.  I came back and all my progress was lost.  Now I've taken the tests again to where I was and yet my "Student Progress" still shows 0 even though I've scored mostly 100%s this time.  How do we save it for those of us who can't do the whole session in one sitting?

Hi Lori,

I'm sorry to hear that your progress was lost. As you proceed through each unit, you should see a partially filled circle next to lessons that you have accessed and a completely filled circle next to lessons once you have checked your answers on the quiz. However, your score on each quiz is not recorded.

I hope this helps and good luck with the remaining units!

Hi Jim,

Unfortunately, there is not a way to recover the exam. Your answers on the exam are saved once you hit "Submit." If you're not able to finish the exam in a single session, you can submit the exam and then pick it back up again when you have time as your previous answers will continue to show. I would mention that when you hit submit, it will score the exam as if you're finished. However, you can submit the exam as many times as you like, and your most recent submission will overwrite the old score.

Good luck with the final assessment!

Yeah, I got this too.
So I started again a few minutes ago - I, did the first unit (including hitting submit, of course).

I logged out & when I logged back in, there was no history again!

Everything else looked fine...
