We have received reports from some users that the course certificate will not load on Windows XP using Internet Explorer. 

If you are having difficulties retrieving the course certificate on your device, please try accessing it using Google Chrome instead. To download Google Chrome, vist www.google.com/chrome.

Hi,

I have Google Chrome and had no problem pulling up the certificate. However, when I tried to both save it as a pdf and print it it cuts the top half off. It doesn't even make it two pages. I have tried playing with the screen size, the page layout, and nothing has worked. Please help.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with printing your certificate. You may need to try clearing your cache to resolve the problem (we pushed a fix for this issue on Chrome last week).

If you are still unable to print the complete certificate after clearing your cache, I'd recommend taking a screenshot of it using one of the following tools:


Option 1: Screen Capture (by Google)

Install this Chrome application from the link below. After installing, go to your certificate page and click the Screen Capture extension icon in your Chrome browser; you will be able to capture the whole page as an image and crop the image later if required.

Option 2: Awesome Screenshot: Capture & Annotate

I can't download Google Chrome at work and want to print off my course certificate - I can only use Windows XP - please can you sort this out.

I'm using Chrome on Windows 8.1 Pro and had the same blank screen issue. What do you recommend?

I used FireFox and all worked as described.

Hi,
I still have problems with retrieving my course completion certificate, I can not download it, e-mail it, that is when I do all that it comes as a blank page....
