I'm not sure what menu you're referring to in the "top right hand drop down," but hopefully I can direct you to the menu where you can check your settings.
To make sure you're both tracking the right info and have the names you want in your account, check your property and view settings - for every property and view you have. There are different fields there that you can edit to make sure you've got everything set up with what you need instead of the fake "outdoor store" account.

If you'd like to know more about a specific setting you see in either one of these menus, search the Help Center to find articles that are dedicated to individual settings.
Also, be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for some settings to propagate throughout the entire account (just takes time for the servers to catch up!), so wait a day if you've made a change and don't see it reflected elsewhere.
