Lesson 2 mentions qualitative data. How can I use Google Analytics to collect qualitative data?

Also, what kind of qualitative data should I collect on a lead generation site?

I too want to know how. I'm currently running a campaign for home security via PayPerCall from my Call Center and I would like to keep track of my leads and well as my conversions

Hi Hashim,

We actually chatted about your very question in last week's Google Analytics Academy live event. Check out the video starting at minute 14:40: http://youtu.be/LJ59e_2fklU?t=14m40s. Beware, the audio quality of the video is poor since we had some technical issues, so also feel free to check out the transcript here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tukQBiL5mULBCuazKhwMoKCDwUAVg0NJX7bYEOZJLkQ/pub.

In short, Justin and Andy recommended using a tool like Google Consumer Surveys to collect qualitative data about your site or mobile application. If Google Consumer Surveys is not available in your region, there are many other tools like this that can help you collect the details of whether users are finding what they need are satisfied with the experience on your site.

Cheers,

Christina from the Analytics Academy Course Staff
