Sorry for the basic question, but I would like some help getting DigiPI to PTT my AT578vIII in CAT mode.

So using DigiPI version1.9-4 connected to a DigiRig mobile and connected to the microphone jack's RJ45 through the non-coiled DigiRig-supplied (CAT) cable for the AT578.

The HAND-Type in the AT578 is set to Uart-Det.

I do see that the DigiPI decoding signals, so believe audio (at least receive) is working.

Where am I going wrong? How does either the DigiPI or DigiRig know what radio I'm using to generate the proper CAT signals?

Kinda lost here. THANKS!

DigiRig should pull the PTT wire to ground when commanded to transmit by DigiPi (RTS signal goes high on the serial port).

If DigiRig guys have a cable for that rig, you should be in business, and shouldn't have to know that?
