Hello... New to the group, new to Rasberry Pi,new to digipi and pretty new to ham.  However, I do have some patheticlly limited skills with Windows, Linux and now slowly picking up on pi.  My skill level still requires simple explainations or I'll be more lost than last years Easter eggs...

So here's my issue:  I have a DigiRig "Lite" that I have successfully used with my Icom 2730a on Direwolf in Windows, Linux and Raspian on a Le Potatoe.  In fact it's running all day flawlessly...  I bought a RPi Zero 2W and followed the step by step on the digipi.org page:  Thanks for all of that BTW!  I love where it is suppose to go and really looking forward to getting there!  So using the AIOC/CM108 (CM108 is what's working on Le Potatoe, Windows and Linux) I get no sound card found.  I tried going into Alsamixer but that confirms that there's no sound card.  From here I'm stuck...

I have reviewed all of the previous messages and I can't seem to find a solution to this issue.  If anyone has been successful, would you mind please walking me though it.  Again... I need step by step instruction here... I'm in the crawl phase of any of this lol.

Again, thanks all in advance.

Hi Tilghman,

Lost as last years easter eggs - but same great smell!

From what I can tell, the DigiRig "Lite" is problematic on the Pi
platform and ultimately unsupported.
DigiRig Mobile is completely different and a popular choice on Pi's.

Having said all that, let us know if something works out.
DigiPi/direwolf will look for /dev/hidraw0
as the device and use cm108's gpio pin3 for ptt.

The cm108 audio should appear in any event.   see SysInfo  (or
/cat/proc/asound/cards).

Thanks for the quick response!  I decided to try with my FTDX-10... Made a QSO on JS8Call so the software clearly works. Amazing this build...
I'll see about getting a dr-mobile and move on.  Maybe have it out for field day ;)
