Has anyone successfully configured and used the BTECH's APRS-K1PRO cable with the DIGIPI? The cable assembly uses AFSK and has a USB-C and a Kenwood K style radio plug.

Hi

As far as I know this is just a audio cable. No PTT circuit and no collision control. So you have to use VOX on your radio.
But I might be wrong. Used that cable long time ago with APRSdroid on my phone.

I have tested two of these.

\I wasn unable to set the PTT adjustment properly to get a stable PTT signal.

Btech was unable to assist.

Based on my efforts to date, these devices do not work as advertised.

Which is a shame:  they would make a really nifty solution to the smartphone APRS configuration.
