Figured out why my fixed coordinates were not populating in Beaconing

Apparently the end user doesn't need to enter a - sign for western hemisphere longitude. When they do, the aprsd.conf file will have two and the parsing of the config file will fail.

@KM6LYW maybe you could check for this and alert user during initialization ?

Hi Kevin,

-123.456 is the proper format for the west
12.345 is the proper format for north

Any spaces will cause problems, in fact, i trim off any leading/trailing spaces if the user types them there

I entered -80 something and the file contained —80 something.  Meaning it had appended an extra - sign.
