DigiPi Hat fix on Zero2W/3B+

DigiPi Hat owners (and only DigiPi Hat owners),  Please disable the dwc2 driver on DigiPi
to get audio working.  It transmits white noise with the dwc2 USB compatibility driver which
I enabled on the Zero2W and 3B+.

DigiPi 1.9-3 and other Pi hardware doesn't need this fix to use the DigiPi Hat.

Be advised this could add crash/instability issues with other USB devices, GPS' in particular.

password: raspberry

sudo remount
sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt

and insert # signs before the two dtoverlay lines displayed below,
