You're close!

NEWDEVICEFILE=ttyUSB0

DigiRig:           use "RTS" as rig number, device file "ttyUSB0"
DigiPi Hat:        use "DTR" as rig number, device file "ttyUSB0"
USB audio dongle:  use "GPIO" as rig number to force PTT on GPIO pin 12

Hello All,

I need help please ,..

I fired up digipi on rpi4 using a digirig with my G90 and uv5r. Both worked fine.

I installed the Hat and can't seem to get things to work with the uv5r. Can you see something that I'm doing wrong (haven’t tried G90 yet).

Here's the localize.sh file I'm using

I have followed the elekitsorparts guide to wire the db9 plug

3.5mm plug
ring > pin 9 microphone
sleeve > pin 2 PTT

2.5mm plug
tip > pin 8 speaker
sleeve > pin 3 ground

Also get Direwolf message that audio device not found.
any advice?

tnx ... Tom VE3NY

I am having what I believe to be wiring issues with my DB-9 and an FTM-400 using my CT-167 10-pin cable.

I set DTR, ttyS0 (tried ttyUSB0 with no luck either. ) baud is set to 9600 on the FTM 400 so I did the same in initialize.

I used the CT-167 Cable pinout to the respective pins on the DB9 supplied by the digipihat folks.

cheers, 73s, Brandon KI5SXE

Hi BT,

Confirm the signal names on the bottom of the digipi hat (printed in silk screen).

The FTM400 should work, i have it working with the same cable here... that 10pin cable isn't cheap either!

DigiPi Hat:        use "DTR" as rig number, device file "ttyUSB0", baud rate is irreleveant.

Confirm your wiring looks similar to
