BBS / WINLINK Hangs

I am connecting to my node and there is no response from the node no matter what I type. 

Winlink hangs on checking for new mail.

I'm running 1.9-4.

Here is my pklog for BBS

Dire Wolf version 1.8 KM6LYW-6
Includes optional support for:  gpsd hamlib cm108-ptt libgpiod dns-sd

So shortly after posting this the pi went into a boot loop. Upgraded to 2.0-1 and configured everything properly. Fingers crossed.
