Hi Ron,

DigiPi doesn't like special characters/spaces in the wifi ssid or
password (fixed in the beta release).

Temporarily change hotspot, then you can Click Shell, password: raspberry,

sudo remount
sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/wlan0.nmconnection

... and change your ssid and password.

if it helps,

Just updated to 2.1-2 today, and it won't accept my Wi-Fi info.  It did reboot and obtain a local IP address once, but on subsequent reboots, it reverted to the DigiPi hotspot. No special characters in the SSID or PW. I did as shown above, and the file contains the correct SSID and PW.  When I reboot, the Digipi hotspot comes back up, and it's on 10.0.0.5 again. Prior versions accepted the wifi info, and it was on my network.

Thanks,
Craig M.

Hi Craig, Craig here.

If it connected once, I'm suspicious of interference.  Especially if it's a Zero2W on 2.4Ghz.

I've said it before, but I have the same problem if I have a specific phone in the same
room as the Pi, it just wont connect to my router.

You're right in the fact that if it comes up on 10.0.0.5 it couldn't connect to your home router.

Ethernet cable will work in a pinch too if you have a pi4/pi5.

not sure it helps, but those are some related facts,

I figure I owed and update.  I set the DigiPi aside for a bit and over the last two days, I've overhauled my home network/wifi system.  Once it was all done, and stable, I plugged the DigiPi into power and it connected to the Wifi right away. Now the fun begins, I learn how to use all of the functions this device provides!  Thank you everyone!
