DigiPi Hat don't PTT

I check the DB9 from the Pi 4 and the Hat is receiving the Mic/PTT signal but not  the radio (RadioShack 212). The cable from the DB9 to the radio was checked too!

Please help.

Hi Jorge,

Is the little/short USB cable connected between the Pi4 and the DigiPi Hat?  it's not obvious, but it's required.

Does the orange LED blink on the DigiPi Hat when you try to transmit?

If you short the PTT wire from the radioshack to ground, does it go into PTT?

The usb cable is connected 

No led turn on or flashing when transmit 

Ground the pot wire radio transmit

Hi Jorge, it's not looking good for the Hat, however, to be sure, can you
hook up everything, boot DigiPi, then turn [ON] the APRS Digipeater.

Exactly 8 seconds later watch for the LED flash on the board and
radio transmit.

Also, can you post the contents of "PktLog" here as well please?
