Does Not Digipeat Without Internet

It appears that my DigiPi does not digipeat when it is not connected to the Internet.   Here is the packet log:

Audio device for both receive and transmit: default  (channel 0)
Channel 0: 1200 baud, AFSK 1200 & 2200 Hz, A+, 44100 sample rate / 3, Tx AX.25.

Hi Randall, this all looks normal to me.  You're not receiving any packets
so there's nothing to digipeat.  The failures in the log are a result of no
internet access and expected, and you wont be able to igate traffic.
