Window layouts and saving

Hi, I'm pretty new to Digipi. I got running a couple of weeks ago on a Pi Zero WH. When I open software, take WSJTX for example, I find it very difficult to adjust the window views. WSJTX has 2 main ones, for example. After a lot of playing around, I might get a satisfactory layout, but I haven't figured out a way to save anything. Likewise for rig settings, My callsign loads in, but not much more from DigiPi setup. After entering it, nothing saves. I assume I'm doing something wrong. Please let me know what you do. 

Additionally, I can't get my GPS (QRP Labs QLG2) to show info under the GPS tab in DigiPi. I followed the recommended procedure (plug in a GPS to DigiPi, boot, wait for a lock (gps blinks), then reboot.)

That's where I'm at right now.
