digipi no tx om aprs

I have a pi 4, digi rig, runnimg 2.1, i have no tx, rx works great, any ideas?

Hi Kelly,

Please click "PktLog" to see what's happening with APRS.  Make sure
you've got digirig "mobile" not "lite".    Also be sure to not "replug" the
digirig, if you do, reboot.
