Digipeater not retransmitting

I am using a digirig connected to my FTM-300 and running to my Pi4b running DigiPi. When packets are received they are not being retransmitted, also I am not beaconing my location. During initialization I chose the digirig mobile as the interface but cannot get it to retransmit packets.

Hi Tim,

This suggests to me the Digipeater wasn't turned on or it failed.

Press [on] next to the "APRS Digipeater", it will repeat packets with WIDE1-1 still in their routing table
and relay message-type packets source from the internet to RF.

Failing that, click PktLog to see any errors reported by the digipeater.
