Kenwood TMD700 and serial to USB cable

Hi All,

Has anyone used a Kenwood TMD700 with a serial to USB cable and a Raspberry Pi zero 2 W? I've initially configured the DigiPi on the initialisation page as follows:-

USB (instead of AIOC but will try  AIOC  next)

ttyUSB2 (shows as Prolific USB but there are another 2 USB settings which I'll eventually get round to trying)

2026 (Kenwood TMD700)

Any thoughts on how to move forward?
