Product Summary:
Looking for engineers to build the next generation of Citrix Cloud APIs, which will enable customers and partners to extend Citrix Cloud Services. New API Platform will provide a mechanism for developers all around the world to build solutions as per their customer or partners needs.
Developer position who work on Development for a functional area of a product. Implements and guides the team in building Citrix Cloud API, to enable customers and developers to extend Citrix Workspace and Cloud Services. Learns defines and follows standard practices and procedures. Gives and receives general guidance and direction on Design related work to achieve overall program performance, schedule and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Owns a functional area of a Product component, mentors, and guides other developers
- Create functional specifications for key product modules and components.
- Design and Implement new features with help of senior developers.
- Fix customer issues and deliver fixes in a timely manner. Work with support team on a need basis.
- Automate and own quality for the features and fixes being developed
- Improve and follow processes for faster and high-quality deliverables
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)
- Prior experience in working/extending API Management solution is a big plus
- Expertise designing and developing REST-based Cloud APIs
- Excellent expertise either Node.js or Java or C#
- Experience in building and deploying Cloud Services hosted on public Cloud.
- Passionate to innovate and work on cutting edge technologies.
- Agile based development experience is a must.
- 2 - 9 years of relevant experience in software development.
- BE/BS/MS in CS or equivalent with years of proven design and development skills in Enterprise systems or application development
