Role : Deputy Manager-IT

Experience: 5-7 years

Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma in Computer Science/IT

 Exposure to Cisco networking products

 Work experience in designing Telephony Infrastructure using

AVAYA/ASPECT/ASTERESK/VICIDIAL etc.

 Should liaison with telcos/ ISP's for implementation & support projects

 Proficiency in designing LAN/WAN topologies using routing protocols like OSPF/ISIS, BGP,

IPv6, MPLS, fast convergence technologies.

 Proficient in L2 & L3 services on MPLS network with good understanding of access

connectivity, redundancy

 Experience in architecting IT-solutions in BPO/Call centers for Voice/Data/chat & email

support.

 Ensuring Client requirements get translated into Technical specifications and eventually into

a detailed design

 Drive the adoption of best practices

 Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure,

licenses, development and support

 Work with the Project Managers/Sales & Transition teams to develop high level project

schedule for implementation projects

 Provide Solution Architect support expertise to Sales/Transition teams for RFI/RFP’s

 Participate in pre-sales client workshops to help shape best fit solution – by working closely

with Sales & Transition teams.

 Proficiency in MS Office/MS Visio/MS Project & presentation skills

 Good communication, verbal and written
