Rough Neck Skip Loader Replace Pivot Bushings on Steering Wheels

I have a Rough Neck Skip Loader, and need help does any one know how to replace / re-engineer the bushings on the steering legs - you might say the King Pin Bushings?

That is the pivot arms that support the rear driving wheels.

It is not clear what the bushings were made of, rubber seems likely.  They were clearly set with an amount of free float, shims having been used to sett the clearance.

A workshop manual would help.  As would any indication of a supplier for spare parts, or a company that could carry out a complete refurbishment of the useful little machine.
