Does any one know how to move a Smalley digger (2 wheels +2 feet} without engine running

Options for moving the digger:

1) Get the engine running. What is the problem? How did it stop? Have you checked the obvious things like fuel starvation, blocked filters in the bottom of the fuel tank, blocked filter in the fuel line? I'm not familiar with that (presumably Lister) engine but those are the kind of things that need checking.

2) Lift it with a crane or other suitably powerful larger machine.

Why not post some pictures so we can see the location etc and others may come forward with some suggestions?
