Digg Client Questions

I am working on a Digg like client to feature richer browsing etc and
I was curious if 3rd parties have any rights to reusing any digg logos
or graphics or anything like that?

Secondly I just want to put in my request for a digg API so we can
programatically digg stories via a user action in our client. We want
to make richer applications similar to what Twitter does however digg
is very much a web-only integration when it comes to submitting
stories & digging stories still.

Pulling stories from the API has been great thus far however.
