1. The product was created and released on the market as ANALYZER, all websites, all marketplaces reference NLBA as ANALYZER and not a REPAIR tool, not a tool to repair laptop batteries. This is ridicolous. Double-check www.laptopu.ro, www.direct-charging.com, eBay, Aliexpress, Alibaba. If you find somewhere that my device Unseals, Programs the chips, supported chip list, etc for free then show me. I don't want to discuss anymore based on non proved information. The official product webpage www.laptopu.ro NEVER EVER described NLBA device as a repair tool to program EEPROM chips.
2. It is out of my control what videos people are creating, my YouTube channel is called NipEmbedded and I am only responsible for its content. Anyway, show here a link to that video where it was described that NLBA device CAN UNSEAL, Program EEPROMs, clear PFF for FREE.
3. I am the only developer, I am the author of the NLBA device, I have a partner who offers the Reset option, I must pay him for this. When did I tell you that the NLBA device resets the chips for free ? I never ever said such a thing.
4. Mentioned above softwares (be 2 works, ubrt, etc) (I repeat, only softwares) offered you some Reset option for "only" 400$ per year to 5000$ and do you complain that a hardware product (NLBA) built-in smart charger, discharger, cells tracking algo, pinout database, support, warranty, etc does not include Reset Option for free in 249$ product price ??
I explained several times, Reset Tab was introduced in February, it was there but you could NOT use it without a proper Reset License. Now, in 3.2.4 it is visible only for those who acquired the license. Absolutely nothing changed.
Related to the serial number you received on the flyer, I already explained to you over email that it was used in the past for the installer, it has nothing to do with the Reset License. I just wanted to save some trees.
be2works I spoke with him about his program and found it good, and he also gave me a trial version and stipulated that I have one of the tools cp 2112 or ev2300 or ev2400 in order for the program to work with it.
He offered me a price of $ 400 a year.
First of all it does not work with EV2300 or EV2400 from long time ago and yes it written on the page that it does! It supports only the cheap chinese CP2112 adapter that burns out everytime you accidentally connect any data line to the power line.
The second thing is that he obviously lied to you about the licence. There is no yearly licence, you pay just once for the software! ? But if you made a deal to pay him every year that's fantastic.
So please just like Nicosur said return your device if you are not happy with it. You sould be happy that you even get this option. I don't even know how he has the patience to deal with you still. Everyone has had enought of you, complaining about everything. If i had the authority i would bann you from this forum. People come here to share experince, or learn something new not to complain. Go back to school and learn how to read before you buy something.

Both are very efficient, none less than the other, the great thing about the TPP is that it brings a high-performance internal battery that saves several charge cycles, particularly it is obtained in the market for much less price $ 150-200
I think it is a very good battery analyzer and I congratulate you on the product, I only stated that the reset option should have a test to prove its effectiveness, I respect a lot and defend the workforce because that is what I do, I admire the work who develops the software. Batteries do not repair one every day, but since the reset option is functional, I plan to gather 10 or 20 batteries to buy the reset option for 1 month to make it functional.
I know my product and I know the features of the other products. At least Poloso and this TPP tester have let's say about 30-40% features of the NLBA device. It has only charging and discharging, the others are just marketing. Even chip information, I bet that it is not completely implemented or wrong. Can you post a picture with chip information ? Without computing the internal resistance, without tracking the cell's voltage in real-time under load (this is a PRO test for any battery), without generating a report, without battery pinout identification, without measuring real capacity externally I would consider a very expensive hobby tester.
Related to the Chip Reset, soon we will take a decision if we can offer free Resets. But please note that there is NO software on the market that offers FREE Reset, more, they don't offer license per month. For example, to unseal only 1 battery with BQ8050 and 1 battery with BQ30420, to read & write EEPROM image you need to pay to start with 800$. This is what competitors offer and of course 0 support. While competitors have this price, people are asking me why Reset is not FREE, why not a trial. Because of this, it is the most complex option, there are 0 information on internet about chips and we already provide 1 month which is absolutely great for everyone to test it.
