Great Talent Exists Everywhere – You Can Bridge The Opportunity Gap!

Many bright, ambitious individuals from low-income backgrounds often lack access to formal education but have the zeal to pursue a meaningful career and become financially independent. With training & the right opportunity, they can become valuable assets for any organization!

Freshworks STS Software Academy (FSSA), an initiative by Freshworks Technologies to empower students from underserved communities to begin skill-based careers in IT companies is hosting their 3rd Demo Day at IITM Research Park. Their students are in the age group of 18 to 21, many from single parent households, from rural regions of TN and starting off with very minimal to nil computer knowledge or English skills. But what they do possess is the grit to learn and support their families.
