Dear Sir/Madam,
IITM Research Park is planning to conduct the fire and evacuation drill on 16.04.2025 at 11.00 hrs in association with Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services, 108 Ambulance service and local police department.
In order to conduct the drill, it is essential to have an ERT Members from each client organization. Depending upon the staff strength, one member needs to be nominated for every twenty (20) employees of your organization for the training.
It is proposed to conduct the training and interaction for ERT members on 15.04.2025 at 11.00 hrs in IITMRP campus.
You are requested to inform the name and contact number of the ERT members on or before 10.04.2025. It is requested that all the occupants of IITM Research Park to co-operate for smooth conduct of the drill which is a mandatory requirement.
It is necessary to confirm your convenience of the date mentioned above for the conduct of the drill and training of the ERT members on 10.04.2025 at 11.00 hrs.
