Dear IITMRP Community,

We’re proud to officially announce the launch of the ₹600 Crore IITM Unicorn Frontier Fund I  - a step towards strengthening India’s deep-tech innovation and technology sovereignty!

This fund is envisioned to strengthen the journey from research to commercialization, enabling patient capital for deep-tech startups emerging from the IIT Madras and IITMRP ecosystem, and supporting innovation across critical national priority areas. We look forward to the new possibilities this initiative unlocks for founders, researchers, industry partners, and the larger innovation community.
