Registrations for the courses offered by IITM during the upcoming Semester are open in the IITM SSP portal starting today - Friday, June 12.
The course list, Portal Guide and additional templates required when your employees submit their application are attached for your immediate reference. Please have them complete their registration at the earliest, as seats are limited.

Registration window: 12.06.2026 (10.00 AM) to 07.08.2026 (11:59 PM)

Faculty approval deadline: 12.08.2026 (11:59 PM)

Fee payment deadline: 14.08.2026 (4:00 PM)

Commencement Date: 27.07.2026 (your class may start the same day or later depending on the timetable)
Registration must be done only through SSP. Email requests after the deadline will not be accepted.

Please note that an application fee of ₹200 will be charged for every course applied through SSP.
Course Drop & Refund Policy

Course drop through SSP allowed till 14.08.2026 (for Casual Students only).
Refund Rules:
- Before semester begins: Full refund minus ₹1,000 processing fee per course

On or before 14.08.2026:
- Project/Research Park employees: Fees minus ₹1,000
- Industry participants: Fees minus ₹5,000

After 14.08.2026: No refund
For refund (if dropping all courses), submit:
- Department “No Dues”
- Security “No Dues”
- ID Card
Refunds will be processed only after receiving all documents.
Grade Card Requirements
Submit the following to the Academic Section after course completion:
- Department “No Dues” Certificate
- Security Section “No Dues” Certificate
- Institute ID Card
Grade cards will not be issued without these documents.
