Shaun Dowling is a Business and Legal English specialist with over 30 years of experience, based in Brazil. He holds an MA in TEFL and the Cambridge DELTA. As Director of Development at Central English, he designs English training programs for officials, lawyers, auditors, and executives at all levels, while also contributing to teacher training and professional development initiatives.
