Loading AVIZO segmentations into TrackVis

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to Diffusion Imaging analysis and I was wondering if anybody could help me with a technical question. I am working with the programs Avizo and TrackVis to segment areas of the brain, and then to use these segmentations to produce ROI tracks in Trackvis.

I've already finished the Avizo Segmentations and have figured out how to open up the full scene and image overlay in Trackvis. However, I'm struggling with trying to figure out how to export the segmentations from Avizo and open them up in order to determine where my ROI tracks should originate in Trackvis. 

If anybody has successfully completed this process and can offer some words of wisdom, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
