Total EPI readout time in SPM's Fieldmap toolbox

Hello,

I am trying to use the SPM's Fieldmap toolbox to correct my DTI images.

I have a question about the "total EPI readout time". It is calculated by: (echo spacing X number of lines of my image) / acceleration factor.

Now... the question is: my acquisition matrix is 128 x 128, but my reconstruction matrix is 256 x 256. Which kind of matrix should I use to calculate the total EPI readout time? (128 or 256?)

Use the acquisition matrix size (128x128), not the reconstructed matrix size.
