different phase-encoding directions for different subjects (DTI)

Dear all,

I realised that for half of my subjects the phase encoding direction is "PhaseEncodingAxis": "i" and for the other half "PhaseEncodingAxis": "j".

I wanted to know if it is problematic to mix these subjects in a group comparison analysis.
