Urgent Request for pdfgetX3 License Activation

I am writing to follow up on my software license request. I urgently need the license/access details for my academic research. This software is also needed for the research work of my colleagues, Pranav Negi and Subhadip Naskar. They also applied for it . None of us is getting confirmation from your side.
