number of not equivalent pairs

Dear all, I would like to make a significant test for comparing different structural models. So, I need the number of non-equivalent pairs in the considered distance range. I'm using PDFgui2.0.4, but I can't find this information. In principle, I could use the "calculate bond lengths" option and this manually, but it is not very practical for large distance ranges. Is there an option to easily get this information? Thanks!
