Regarding Instrumental Parameters

Hi all,
I've been attempting to determine Qdamp and Qbroad for a lab instrument based off of an Si standard. I've gotten reasonable results given the short experimental time used but I can't account for the high broadening factor when refining.

Would increasing the time at high Q help lower the broadening needed? Or is this a result of trying to model over large r-ranges (I've been trying 1-80).
